In A Killer Workout (released October 2008 by Signet), Kate heads for a boot-camp style exercise retreat to do a little downsizing on her butt, only to wind up sugar-crashing it in the middle of a gruesome crime scene. She soon discovers that exercise can really be murder!
In Dying to Be Thin (released October 2007 by Signet), Kate travels to Durham, North Carolina, "Diet Capital of the World," to enter a clinic and achieve that "on-air" look, but she soon finds the inside story on a murder investigation when the one of the diet doctors ends up dead.
Kate uses her journalism skills to track down the doctor's killer, but then she finds that the tables are suddenly turned on her.
